A Glimpse into My Journey

One step at a time.

I’ll be happy when…

I’ll be happy when I get that C-level job title.Β πŸ‘©β€πŸ’Ό

I’ll be happy when I purchase the Tesla Model S.Β πŸš—

I’ll be happy when my closet has all the colors of the pride flag.Β πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ

I’ll be happy when I own my fifth mansion. 🏘

I’ll be happy when I find the perfect 6’2″ man.Β πŸ‘«

I’ll be happy when…

… but why can’t we be happy now?

“Both past and future are born in the imagination; only the present, which is awareness, is real and eternal. Β It is.” – Deepak Chopra

Very true! We always wait to be happy, to feel satisfied and to be at peace while all we have is now. A concept that needs to be addressed before we forget we even have a present! Wonderful 😊

Yes, you said it so well! All we really have is now. The present moment. At times it might be hard to fully enjoy the present moment, but acceptance is the first step.

why can’t we be happy now?
Just to keep ourselves moving. The destination is still unknown but seems more and more dangerous.
