Health is not a number

Health is not (only):

  1. The digits on the scale
  2. The size of your pants
  3. Your mile run time
  4. The number of crunches/push-ups/pull-ups you can do
  5. The amount of “superfoods” you consume per day

Health is:

  1. Your level of happiness.
  2. Your mental health.
  3. The quality (and quantity) of sleep you get every night.
  4. Your satisfaction with and passion for what you do.
  5. Your relationships with the people around you.

(I am totally guilty of #3 here.)

    I would saying
    – being honest to your core values
    – following your dream/passion
    – sense of community and contributing to it

    we all have physical, mental, emotional and spiritual portions .. balancing them is the trick 🙂
